International Night at River: Thursday, March 15, 6:00 pm
We are celebrating the many cultures represented by our community on Thursday, March 15, from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.
Attend this fun event with your entire family! Feel free to share a country or culture you know well, create a cultural display, or bring a dish for the international potluck.
In response to the rapidly changing world, The River School is offering families an exciting opportunity to have conversations with their children and other families in the community about diversity and how we can act to make the world a better place. Each family will read and discuss one of the recommended books with their child(ren) and have the opportunity to explore more books at International Night on March 15. In April, we will come together and create a River School Wish Tree and share our dreams for a world where we are all respected and included.
