DESCRIPTION:A River tradition\, the Halloween Parade up and down MacArthur! Parade line-up is at 9:00 am; the parade starts at 9:05 am. Parents stand at designated spots along the route or join children during the parade (in some younger classes). \nFall celebrations in classrooms\, organized by class volunteers\, directly following the parade. Families are invited to join these celebrations. \nWhen selecting a costume\, please note that no weapons or masks of any kind are allowed. We also ask that costumes are not scary/violent and do not impede a child’s full participation in our school day. Please be aware of the cultural significance of various costumes\, ensuring costumes do not trivialize culturally significant traditions.
