Become a Camp Counselor
Each summer, River hires alumni to serve as Camp Counselors, Counselors-in-Training and Camp Technicians. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with River, gain leadership experience and help create the joyful summer experience you remember.
Volunteer at River
Alumni are welcome to return to campus as volunteers throughout the year to read with students, assist at school events, help with service projects or support community initiatives.

Join Us at Alumni Events
River hosts alumni events throughout the year, and you are always invited back!
- Annual Alumni Bowling Party: A chance to reconnect with classmates, meet new friends and compete for the highest score.
- Spring Picnic & RiverWalk: Alumni and their families are welcome to join this beloved River tradition each spring. Be sure to get there early for our special alumni breakfast and photo!
- Additional Gatherings: Look out for events, classroom visits, service activities and more.
