Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees, comprised of a dynamic, talented group of professionals with a wide range of expertise, works collaboratively with the Administrative leadership team to provide strategic direction, advance River's mission, and ensure financial well-being.

In late 2024, the Board outlined a five-year strategic plan (2025-2030) with the following goals:

• Expand student enrollment and retention
• Increase teacher retention
• Serve more children from marginalized communities by attracting new funders for the Community Outreach Fund
• Protect the school's inclusive community
• Conduct a successful capital campaign & secure bond financing
• Complete the purchase of a new campus
