Tuition & Fees at The River School

Pre-School Two Mornings: $14,795
Pre-School Three Mornings: $21,635
Pre-School Five Mornings: $28,175
Pre-School Five Full Days: $41,935
Elementary K - Grade 3: $45,775
Upper Elementary Grades 4-5: $46,865
Tuition Refund Insurance
The school offers a tuition refund insurance plan in the event that child/children are withdrawn, transferred or have an extended illness. This plan is required unless parents pay their full annual tuition prior to the opening date of school or can present evidence of comparable insurance coverage. The premium for this insurance is based upon a percentage of tuition (1.95% for 2026-2027 school year).
The Before Care Program Preschool-Elementary
The Before Care Program provides supervised childcare from 8:00 am until morning classes begin at 8:20 am. It is offered on a full-year contract basis only.
The After Care Program Preschool-Elementary
The After Care Program provides supervised activities from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily for children in the full-day program. It is offered on a full-year contract basis only.
Family Association of River Dues
The dues for each family to join the Family Association of River (FAR) is $100 per student.
Upper Elementary (4-5) Activities Fee
Students in Grade 4 and Grade 5 pay an Activities Fee ($1,500) due to additional programming.
