Recurring gifts using a credit or debit card are a convenient way to support The River School. You can set up recurring gifts online to arrange a monthly, quarterly or annual recurring gift. If you have additional questions, contact the Advancement Office at 202-337-3554.

If your company has a Charitable Gift Matching Program, request a matching gift form from your employer when you make a gift to The River School. The impact of your gift greatly increases with matching gifts.

If you have a donor-advised fund, you can recommend a grant to make a difference for students of The River School (EIN 52-217213).

A gift of appreciated stock can fuel River’s programs and help children thrive. You can make a gift to The River School by transferring shares of publicly traded stock.

To start, please email the Advancement Office with the stock name, number of shares, and anticipated transfer date. We’ll provide the instructions your broker needs to complete the transfer.

If you are 70½ or older, you can support River directly from your IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution. Contact your IRA administrator to request a distribution to The River School (EIN 52-217213).
