Discover, Create and Play After School
River’s After School Enrichment Program (RECC) gives children in PreK – Grade 3 the opportunity to dive into their passions, try new things and learn through fun, hands-on experiences. Each club or class sparks curiosity, builds confidence and helps students connect with friends across their age group.
Our offerings change each semester based on input from families, students, and staff. When we don’t have expertise in-house, we partner with trusted outside instructors to expand our options. Past favorites have included LEGO Design, Cookie Decorating, Tinkering Studio, River Explorers’ Hiking Club, Tabletop Games, and American Sign Language, to name only a few!
All materials are included in the cost, and sessions are offered in the fall, winter and spring.
